Our Core Team...

Monty Evans - General Manager - Monty Joined SW&A Accountants in 2013 and has a background in HR Consultancy and Office Management obtaining a BSc (hons) in Computer Science from Middlesex University. Monty looks after the day to day running of our offices reporting directly to the Directors. Monty has a vast experience in supplier management and puts these skills to great use at our offices.

Helen Sysum - Compliance Officer - Hi I'm Helen and I have been working here since day one - some 14 years. My duties are mainly behind the scenes as I deal with the day to day operations of our own internal accounts and ensure that our systems, licensing and quality control is all up to date. I have completed qualifications at Worcester College and put these to good use when dealing with the office accounts for both the payroll and accountancy office. I share and helped develop the companies vision of an accountancy business that cares for its clients' and work hard to ensure that we are able to continue giving the quality of service that our clients are used to. It is a pleasure to work in such an exciting and rewarding business and I am pleased to continue to promote our all important company values both now and in the future.

Gail Hopkins - Accounts Manager - Gail joined the company in November 2009 after completing her Accountancy training at Worcester College in June 2009.  She has a background in Mechanical Engineering and Quality Assurance Management, but decided to retrain in 2007 after starting a family.  Being involved in all aspects of the accounting activities has earned Gail respect from clients and the management alike; her expertise in Management and Financial Accounting is exceptional.

Tonina Westgate - Accounts Manager - Tonina joined the company in 2014 after completing her Accountancy Qualifications at Worcester College.Tonina works through all aspects of bookkeeping and accounts preparation to a high standard and is praised by our clients for her attention to detail.

Liz Duggan - Payroll Manager - Liz has been with SW&A Accountants since 2007.  Liz completed her Accountancy qualification and also her Payroll Qualifications at Worcester College.  Liz heads up our payroll team as the Payroll Manager.

Lisa Haigh - Credit Control Officer - Lisa joined us in April 2013 and since she has been here it is apparent that her skills and experience have been a benefit to both our clients and our team. Lisa has implemented some excellent systems into our operation and also offers advice and service to our clients in the same field.

Amy Smith - Accounts Assistant - Amy first started working at SW&A Accountants in August 2013. Amy is currently studying one day a week at Kidderminster College and is in her final stages of completing her studies to become a Qualified Accountant . In the time Amy has been with the company she has been perfecting her skills as an accountant and has both fantastic personal and professional skills.
